3. A date with a band members mom or sister, my choice, but will need full body photos in hi resolution for my perusal. 

4. One mortgage loan referral from each band member

5. In the spirit of the late great master - I'll trade this site for one Les Paul Flame Top (until recently owned by MC) and one White Les Paul Custom (until recently owned by JS).  Gibson makes an excellent "Studio" model that will suit both your needs moving forward.
